  • How can I initiate home healthcare services?
  • All home healthcare services must be ordered by a physician. Contact your physician to request an evaluation.
  • How knowledgeable is your staff in case I have a question?
  • Our staff is comprised of many people who have been in this field for over 20 years. If we do not have an answer, we will get one for you.
  • How often will a nurse or therapist visit my home?
  • The frequency of home healthcare visits is determined by your skilled need and by your doctor's specific orders. Your nurse and/or therapist will discuss your plan of treatment with you.
  • How can I contact the nurse, aide, or therapist assigned to me?
  • Please, contact the office for any scheduling questions. The office staff will be able to reach your nurse, aide, or therapist to relay any messages.
  • What type of rehabilitative services do you offer?
  • We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
  • Do you deliver my equipment to my home?
  • Yes, equipment can be delivered to your home or to your hospital room before going home. There may be a service fee for deliveries made after-hours.
  • Do you rent or sell equipment?
  • Equipment can be either rented or sold (or you may have the option of both) depending on the type of equipment and your insurances reimbursement agreements.
  • Will you bill my insurance for me?
  • Yes, we take care of all the paperwork involved in billing your insurance for reimbursement.
  • What types of services do you offer in the home for pediatric patients?
  • We offer many of the same services we do for adults including skilled nursing and therapies (physical, occupational, and speech), as well as phototherapy, intravenous , and feeding therapies.
  • If I have a medically fragile child, what services can you provide for me?
  • We offer shift or hourly care for children with need for extended care.
  • Will I be able to participate in the scheduling of my child's shift care?
  • Most certainly.
  • Will there be team meetings with the nurses, family, and physician to coordinate my child's care?
  • Yes. Care conferences are held regularly to keep communication lines open.
  • Do you deliver oxygen?
  • We have oxygen services that include: oxygen concentrators, portable gas tanks (various sizes), liquid oxygen, portable liquid oxygen, and conserving devices for both gas and liquid tanks.
  • Do you provide instruction on each piece of equipment that you deliver?
  • Yes. Instruction is given with each delivery of equipment. We also provide follow up visits on our clients who are on our respiratory services such as oxygen therapy.
  • What type of infusions can I receive in the home?
  • We offer a variety of infusions in the home, such as: antibiotics, IVIG, TPN, enteral, anticoagulants, and more.
